Each product is owned by the team which handled its development.

Our company / product is unique in the sense that, every team has complete ownership of the products they bring to life. This means, no two teams are responsible for the same product. If you speak with a developer on the Bill Pay team, they can not really help you if you are facing any challenge with the BNPL product. Each team offers support for users of its product but as a company, we also offer support for all of our products. Support method may vary depending on prior agreements and account levels.
